Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Previous experience as a Runner Experience Specialist or demonstrated equivalent ability
- 1+ Years of Wholesale Order Management Experience
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced understanding of ERP, Order Management, Payment, and Warehouse Management systems
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to analyze data to identify inaccuracies
Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal and external customers via email, phone, and other channels
- Oversee unique needs of specialized accounts requiring strong business knowledge
- Process data entry and order management tasks for orders and returns requiring exception handling
- Work with cross-functional teams like Marketing, eCommerce, Supply Chain, and Distribution
- Gather data patterns and share with leadership to improve customer experience
- Support Systems Team with tasks for development, implementation, and testing
- Participate in creating content for the Help Center and Specialist-facing Helpdesk
- Partner with training team to onboard new members
- Handle escalated customer situations
- Manage orderbook responsibilities for national customers and facilitate fulfillment
