Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Previous experience as a Runner Experience Specialist or demonstrated equivalent ability
  • 1+ Years of Wholesale Order Management Experience
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced understanding of ERP, Order Management, Payment, and Warehouse Management systems
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to analyze data to identify inaccuracies

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with internal and external customers via email, phone, and other channels
  • Oversee unique needs of specialized accounts requiring strong business knowledge
  • Process data entry and order management tasks for orders and returns requiring exception handling
  • Work with cross-functional teams like Marketing, eCommerce, Supply Chain, and Distribution
  • Gather data patterns and share with leadership to improve customer experience
  • Support Systems Team with tasks for development, implementation, and testing
  • Participate in creating content for the Help Center and Specialist-facing Helpdesk
  • Partner with training team to onboard new members
  • Handle escalated customer situations
  • Manage orderbook responsibilities for national customers and facilitate fulfillment
