Responsibilities

  • Field live chats and emails via Intercom.
  • Resolve time-sensitive issues during live NFL and NBA events.
  • Use internal admin tools to verify accounts and investigate transactions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues.
  • Flag recurring issues and contribute to internal documentation and FAQs.
  • De-escalate frustrated users and explain complex mechanics to newcomers.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and on-brand communication.
