Responsibilities
- Field live chats and emails via Intercom.
- Resolve time-sensitive issues during live NFL and NBA events.
- Use internal admin tools to verify accounts and investigate transactions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues.
- Flag recurring issues and contribute to internal documentation and FAQs.
- De-escalate frustrated users and explain complex mechanics to newcomers.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and on-brand communication.
