- 3+ years driving growth for B2B SaaS (security or developer tooling preferred).
- Track record of pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience with Clay, HubSpot, and email delivery platforms.
- Analytical mindset with ability to build dashboards and explain metrics.
- Strong experimentation mindset (hypothesis-driven testing).
- Ability to translate complex security concepts into value propositions for technical buyers.
- Comfortable in zero-to-one environments with a bias toward action.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Genuine passion for web security.
Responsibilities
- Draft, implement and improve top of funnel strategies.
- Build, optimize, and scale multi-channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, Reddit, newsletters, and emerging platforms.
- Develop dashboards, run A/B tests, and translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Own the tech stack for GTM automation to improve outcomes.
- Design, run, and analyze iterative growth experiments across the entire funnel.
- Automate lead scoring, account prioritization, and personalized outreach.
- Instrument and maintain analytics stack (GA4, PostHog, HubSpot, SEMrush).
- Partner with GTM & Product to launch self-serve onboarding flows and product-led virality loops.
- Build automated lifecycle campaigns (email, in-app, Pylon) to drive conversion and retention.
- Craft technical, value-first narratives for security engineers.
