Requirements

  • Extensive experience in marketing analytics within B2B SaaS, enterprise, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong expertise in attribution modeling, particularly multi-touch attribution.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing analytics.
  • Strong technical proficiency with modern data stacks such as Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or Sigma).
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly to executive stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong storytelling and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and continuous refinement of advanced multi-touch attribution models to evaluate marketing performance across the full customer journey.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks covering paid, organic, and brand marketing performance.
  • Drive strategic planning and forecasting for marketing investments, delivering data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain LTV and predictive models to support acquisition, retention, and customer quality optimization.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance from awareness to closed-won revenue.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance across marketing systems.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and mentor analysts.
