Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Salesforce product development.
- Proficiency in Apex, data modeling, and managing packaging constraints.
- Experience with Salesforce ISV, managed package, or AppExchange review processes.
- Ability to reason from customer value, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- High autonomy and ability to decompose complex work in ambiguous environments.
- Practical experience using AI tools for engineering throughput.
- Systems thinking across integrated platforms, permissions, and feature flags.
- Frontend development experience with LWC or modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end engineering outcomes for Guided Selling from technical design through release, adoption, and iteration.
- Partner with Product, CS, Sales, and customers to understand workflow pain and validate tradeoffs.
- Utilize AI tools as a core engineering multiplier for design, implementation, testing, and debugging.
- Identify platform, data, permissions, and integration risks within Salesforce environments.
- Raise review quality and document reusable patterns to improve team execution.
- Develop Guided Selling into an intelligent execution layer informed by customer data.
