Requirements
- Experience in content creation, social media, or general marketing roles.
- Strong writing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and structure.
- Comfort creating basic visual assets using tools like Canva.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
- Clear and confident English communication (written and verbal).
- Comfortable participating in live meetings with US stakeholders.
- Coachable and open to feedback on communication style.
Responsibilities
- Create written content including LinkedIn articles, social media captions, candidate spotlights, newsletters, and announcements.
- Plan and execute social media content plans across approved platforms.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure posting consistency.
- Create on-brand visuals, simple videos, or motion assets using tools like Canva.
- Support candidate-facing and sales-facing marketing campaigns, including ad setup and tracking.
- Coordinate quarterly Glassdoor review outreach campaigns.
- Participate in meetings with US-based stakeholders to provide status updates.
- Communicate professionally via Zoom, Slack, and email.
