Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise IT, endpoint management, or infrastructure roles
- Strong experience supporting and managing macOS and iOS
- Exposure to Windows environments
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (JumpCloud, Fleet, Jamf, or similar)
- Proven ownership of SaaS platforms and administration at scale
- Working knowledge of identity and access management (Okta, SSO, SCIM)
- Strong understanding of endpoint security, patching, and compliance
- Experience driving automation and system improvements
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause and long-term solutions
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve management of a mixed fleet of Windows, macOS, and iOS devices
- Administer, optimize and assist in migration between MDM platforms (Jumpcloud and Fleet)
- Own and manage our SaaS ecosystem (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian etc.)
- Partner with the Service Desk to support SSO, SCIM provisioning, and access workflows (Okta)
- Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes to eliminate recurring problems
- Design and implement automation and tooling to reduce manual effort
- Partner with Security on endpoint hardening, vulnerability management, and compliance
- Create and maintain clear, structured technical documentation, standards, and runbooks
