Responsibilities
- Own inbound sales including trial signups, demo requests, and inquiries.
- Run discovery calls and product walkthroughs for league administrators and coaches.
- Develop relationships with volunteer sports administrators in the US & Canada.
- Source and close new customers through outbound email campaigns.
- Proactively guide active trial accounts through setup and go-live.
- Provide consultative sales support tailored to different organization structures.
- Partner with Customer Care on handoffs and shared account troubleshooting.
- Surface recurring objections and feature gaps to product and marketing teams.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM and track activity against targets.
- Shape sales scripts, sequences, and pricing processes.
