- Own inbound sales by working trial signups, demo requests, and email inquiries.
- Run discovery calls and product walkthroughs with league administrators, coaches, and club directors.
- Develop relationships with a wide variety of volunteer sports administrators in the US & Canada.
- Source, create, and close new customers through outbound campaigns.
- Proactively reach out to trial accounts and guide them through registration and setup.
- Sell consultatively by mapping platform capabilities to organizational needs.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care team on handoffs, escalations, and shared accounts.
- Provide product feedback to the team based on recurring objections and feature gaps.
- Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in the CRM and track activity.
- Help shape sales scripts, sequences, and pricing conversations.
