Responsibilities

  • Own inbound sales by working trial signups, demo requests, and email inquiries.
  • Run discovery calls and product walkthroughs with league administrators, coaches, and club directors.
  • Develop relationships with a wide variety of volunteer sports administrators in the US & Canada.
  • Source, create, and close new customers through outbound campaigns.
  • Proactively reach out to trial accounts and guide them through registration and setup.
  • Sell consultatively by mapping platform capabilities to organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team on handoffs, escalations, and shared accounts.
  • Provide product feedback to the team based on recurring objections and feature gaps.
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in the CRM and track activity.
  • Help shape sales scripts, sequences, and pricing conversations.
