Requirements
- 3–5+ years of senior-level copywriting experience with a strong emphasis on email
- Proven ability to write clear, engaging, conversion-aware copy without hype
- Experience planning and managing ongoing email campaigns or newsletters
- Strong editing, proofreading, and attention to detail
- Comfort using AI tools as part of a modern copy workflow
- Familiarity with email best practices including subject lines, CTAs, and deliverability
- Strategic operator with high-level execution
- Data-driven mindset to test, measure, and iterate
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Responsibilities
- Daily email production from idea to publish for an audience of active traders
- A forward-planned email content calendar with the ability to pivot quickly
- Ongoing idea generation across multiple themes and angles
- Consistent structure, pacing, and tone that preserves the brand voice
- Write and ship high-quality daily emails on a reliable schedule
- Plan and maintain a rotating email framework to prevent repetition
- Collaborate closely with the CMO on voice, positioning, and strategic direction
- Iterate on copy based on feedback, performance signals, and business context
- Maintain clean, accurate, and compliant copy
- Support additional copy needs like landing pages and paid ads
