Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a BA
- Experience working with external clients and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Interactive Multimedia, or similar
- Direct experience working within Financial Markets
- Understanding of regulatory or compliance requirements in finance
- Experience with Scrum/Agile Methodology
- Understanding of datasets, APIs, and data mappings
- Proficiency in Confluence, JIRA, Power BI, Excel, and MIRO
- Experience with user journeys, user stories, site path diagraming, and use cases
- Fluent English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and analyze client needs/strategy
- Bridge the gap between business goals, user functionality and system architecture
- Document business requirements to be the source of truth
- Maintain documentation accuracy and refine requirements
- Communicate changes and clarifications to project teams
- Develop reports, dashboards, workflows, use cases, data flows, and process flows
- Manage multiple projects within Scrum/Agile methodology
