Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
- Previous experience in Freight Brokerage, Logistics, or Transportation industries is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis automation is considered a plus.
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling tools, preferably Power BI.
- Solid understanding of descriptive statistics, with exposure to predictive or prescriptive analytics considered advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities that improve Brokerage performance and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain impactful reports, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Lead analytics initiatives within the Brokerage function, driving visibility into key performance metrics and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Leadership, Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to align reporting and analytical priorities.
- Support the prioritization, consolidation, and optimization of reporting processes to improve clarity, consistency, and business impact.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations that guide operational and strategic improvements.
- Contribute to a data-centric culture by promoting best practices in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
