Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or hybrid BA/QA roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams including developers and product stakeholders.
- Solid communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Experience creating and executing test cases and test plans.
- Familiarity with QA processes such as functional and regression testing.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence (or similar platforms).
- Understanding of web applications, internal tools, and software release cycles.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Document business workflows, processes, and system behaviors to ensure clear understanding across teams.
- Gather, refine, and validate requirements for new features, enhancements, and system updates.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional and regression testing across web and internal systems to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring proper follow-up until resolution.
- Support prioritization of improvements based on QA findings and business impact.
- Ensure delivered features meet functional requirements and quality standards before release.
