Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management or TA operations within a high-growth technology company.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition functions and recruiting workflows.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows in a business context.
- Demonstrated ability to lead AI or automation initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Strong proficiency with TA systems such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workday.
- Experience with recruiting tools like BrightHire or similar platforms.
- Comfortable working with project management tools such as Linear or equivalent systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs and track outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the TA Operations roadmap, including annual planning and quarterly prioritization.
- Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end, including scoping, planning, execution, and risk management.
- Manage major TA system initiatives such as ATS implementation.
- Facilitate decision-making across TA, HR Tech, IT, Legal, Finance, and People Operations.
- Design and execute communication plans for key initiatives, including executive-level reporting.
- Own and evolve AI-driven recruiting workflows, identifying opportunities to automate.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize TA systems, tools, and vendors.
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying process gaps and standardizing SOPs.
- Partner with analytics and HR tech teams to ensure accurate TA data, reporting, and forecasting.
