Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in global, fast-scaling startup or SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to hire across technical, creative, and business functions up to senior levels.
  • Strong AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using LLMs and sourcing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, hireEZ, Clay, Apollo, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to build automation, workflows, or tooling to improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Strong sourcing instincts with experience finding talent beyond LinkedIn, including GitHub, Kaggle, open-source communities, newsletters, and social platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and a focus on measurable hiring outcomes.
  • Fluent English and familiarity with talent markets across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels, including intake, sourcing, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies leveraging AI tools, automation, and non-traditional talent channels to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Build and optimize recruiting workflows, tools, and automation systems to improve efficiency and time-to-hire.
  • Craft and deliver personalized, high-conversion outreach tailored to different candidate profiles and roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and ensure structured, high-signal interview processes.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as funnel performance, source effectiveness, and hiring velocity to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a strong, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
