Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sourcing experience within high-volume corporate recruiting or talent acquisition environments.
  • Proven experience supporting senior-level, niche, technical, and non-technical hiring searches.
  • Strong expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
  • Experience conducting market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence analysis.
  • Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence recruiters and hiring managers through data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced and evolving environments while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI technologies and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
  • Experience supporting international or multi-regional hiring initiatives is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies aligned with hiring priorities, market conditions, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with passive candidates using advanced sourcing methods, AI-enabled platforms, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and X-ray search techniques.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines across technical and non-technical functions in the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions.
  • Conduct market mapping, talent intelligence research, and competitive analysis to support strategic hiring decisions and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to translate business requirements into targeted sourcing and engagement strategies.
  • Provide consultative support to talent acquisition teams by sharing market insights, sourcing best practices, and regional talent trends.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics, pipeline health, search performance, and conversion data to optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Recommend process improvements, sourcing innovations, and enhanced use of AI tools across talent acquisition operations.
  • Support reporting and presentations related to talent availability, compensation trends, search feasibility, and workforce insights.
