Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or a related HR function within fast-paced or technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, perform market analysis, and generate actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, salary benchmarking, and rewards program design.
  • Experience building compensation structures, policies, and frameworks from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with compensation planning processes, retention strategies, global mobility considerations, and pay equity initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and reporting tools, particularly Workday reporting functionality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision-making across multiple business levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support regional compensation projects and initiatives, from program design and analysis to implementation and communication.
  • Conduct annual and ongoing compensation benchmarking analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners on compensation-related topics, including hiring strategies, retention planning, and mobility considerations.
  • Provide expert guidance on compensation philosophy, pay structures, bonus programs, and reward strategies that support business objectives.
  • Support annual and mid-year compensation review cycles, salary planning activities, and other pay-related programs across the APJ region.
  • Manage compensation survey submissions and analyze market data to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain and enhance compensation infrastructure, including job architectures, job codes, job families, and system integrity.
  • Perform audits and reviews to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant compensation practices across regions and functions.
  • Monitor legal, regulatory, and pay equity developments impacting compensation programs and ensure organizational compliance.
  • Develop and deliver compensation-related communication and education initiatives to improve program understanding and effectiveness.
