Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or corporate affairs
- Strong background in financial services, fintech, technology, crypto, or regulated industries
- Direct, hands-on experience managing multi-market or regional PR strategies in Southeast Asia
- Excellent media instincts with strong storytelling and message framing skills
- High level of regulatory awareness and risk sensitivity
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining execution-focused
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated PR and communications strategy for Southeast Asia
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with top-tier, business, financial, and tech media
- Position Binance spokespeople as credible thought leaders
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Policy teams on regulatory-sensitive communications
- Lead PR planning for product launches, partnerships, and regional campaigns
- Manage and guide local PR agencies
- Track and analyze PR performance metrics
