Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, technical consulting, customer success, or related client-facing SaaS roles.
  • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles, operational workflows, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based platforms, including system configuration, onboarding, and deployment support.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities in dynamic environments.
  • Experience supporting data migration projects, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation initiatives is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms such as Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Trello is a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and client-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in remote work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communication from kickoff to post-launch support.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements, analyze operational workflows, and translate client needs into scalable software configurations and implementation plans.
  • Configure platforms and coordinate customizations in collaboration with technical teams to ensure optimal system usability, efficiency, and adoption.
  • Support data migration processes, integrations, API coordination, and validation activities to ensure secure and accurate onboarding experiences.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, user training, documentation, SOPs, and adoption support to empower administrators and end users.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot implementation-related issues, and escalate technical concerns when necessary.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and customer success teams to improve implementation processes and maintain high client satisfaction.
