Requirements
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation, AI solutions, enterprise systems, or product ownership roles.
- Strong expertise in AI, automation, virtual assistant technologies, and SaaS/cloud-based product ecosystems.
- Proven experience developing digital strategies, product roadmaps, and enterprise-wide solution implementations.
- Experience working with agile methodologies, project management frameworks, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of analytics, automation optimization, and AI-driven decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of data privacy, digital governance, compliance standards, and AI risk management practices.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, stakeholder expectations, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in multicultural, fast-paced, and globally distributed work environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and virtual assistant solutions.
- Ensure the operational integrity, scalability, and effectiveness of AI-powered digital employee experience platforms.
- Drive innovation initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices in automation, conversational AI, and intelligent workflows.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage AI product backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and agile delivery cycles.
- Monitor solution performance metrics, conversation quality, intent coverage, and user engagement to drive continuous improvement.
- Leverage analytics and user behavior insights to optimize automation effectiveness and employee experience outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, digital security, legal, and governance standards while managing AI-related risks such as bias and hallucinations.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and strategic technology partners.
- Lead multiple transformation and change initiatives while managing budgets, timelines, and delivery expectations.
