Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15–20+ years of experience in a BPO environment with global operations
- Proven experience leading large, multi-country teams
- Strong background in transformation, transitions, and process optimization
- Experience with automation tools (RPA, ERP systems like Workday)
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global shared services strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify opportunities for centralization, standardization, and automation
- Lead transformation initiatives including transitions, migrations, and outsourcing
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of shared services across global delivery centers
- Ensure SLA/KPI achievement (quality, cost, turnaround time, stakeholder satisfaction)
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Manage budgets, cost optimization, and financial performance
- Lead automation initiatives (RPA, AI, analytics)
- Establish governance frameworks, policies, and controls
- Build and lead high-performing global teams
