Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in application architecture, software engineering, or product development
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Experience with application design principles and enterprise architecture methodologies
- Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and distributed systems
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with mainframe systems and hybrid enterprise infrastructures
- Ability to evaluate technical vendors and integration approaches
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert across account domains
- Design, implement, and optimize technical processes, including DevOps pipelines
- Participate in architecture review boards and change advisory boards
- Provide high-level analysis and design reviews to ensure architectural consistency
- Conduct technical research and evaluation of hosting and configuration tools
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders on requirements
- Support escalation processes and Level 4 technical support
- Integrate third-party vendor applications into enterprise platforms
- Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies
- Contribute to architectural requirements and long-term technical strategy
