Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in application and software development
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript
- Exposure or working knowledge of Python, Java, or C#
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce
- Understanding of front-end web development principles (HTML/CSS)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with source control and branching/pull requests strategies
- Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the technical solution design.
- Design and understand the complete Agentforce solution.
- Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents.
- Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and UX Designers.
- Translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
- Oversee project lifecycle from initial design through development, testing, and deployment.
- Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
