Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in architecture-level roles.
- Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud data models.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.
- Experience with Agentforce and/or Einstein.
- Experience working with sales, revenue, finance, and product management stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Flow in high-complexity environments.
- Proven experience designing scalable, layered, and reusable automation architectures.
- Strong data modeling skills with understanding of integration implications.
- Experience resolving automation conflicts and recursion.
- Experience supporting large user bases and complex permission management.
- Experience establishing governance, documentation, and release discipline.
- Relevant Salesforce certification(s).
Responsibilities
- Own functional architecture across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Experience Clouds.
- Design scalable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions for enterprise architecture.
- Serve as functional lead for Revenue, Finance, and Enterprise Applications stakeholders.
- Own CRM and Revenue Cloud roadmap and prioritization.
- Establish and enforce automation patterns, naming conventions, and Flow-first strategies.
- Manage core data models across core business objects.
- Oversee system integrators and managed service providers.
- Mentor admins and business analysts.
- Act as an escalation point for architectural trade-offs.
- Review and approve designs for complex initiatives.
