Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or growth roles within performance marketing, affiliate marketing, digital media, or mobile user acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of CPA, CPI, CPL, and other performance-based advertising and monetization models.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and business development targets in fast-paced commercial environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Experience managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and pipeline management best practices.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach to identifying and executing growth opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify high-potential segments, and contribute to strategic commercial planning.
  • Experience working with international markets, SaaS products, or enterprise-level clients is considered an asset.
  • Existing relationships within performance marketing or mobile acquisition ecosystems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across performance marketing, enterprise, and mobile-focused verticals.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and contract closure with advertisers and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, advertisers, publishers, and technology partners to support business expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align growth initiatives and improve customer retention and account performance.
  • Develop scalable commercial frameworks and contribute to market expansion strategies based on competitive analysis and industry insights.
  • Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives within existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings to strengthen brand visibility and generate new opportunities.
  • Monitor pipeline performance, forecast revenue opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to support sustainable business growth.
