Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in industrial, engineering, or automation environments.
  • Strong background managing large-scale automation, material handling, or robotics projects.
  • Experience managing projects valued over $10M.
  • Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, structural, and controls systems.
  • Expertise in project portfolio management and installation operations.
  • Proven strategic planning and financial management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong proficiency in project collaboration tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30–50%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Project Management, Estimating, and Installation organizations.
  • Oversee delivery of complex automation, robotics, ASRS, and warehouse systems projects.
  • Establish and optimize project governance, KPI reporting, and risk management frameworks.
  • Drive project profitability through improved estimation and margin management.
  • Manage field installation and commissioning activities to ensure safety and quality.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align execution.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams and develop succession plans.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and performance.
