Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in industrial, engineering, or automation environments.
- Strong background managing large-scale automation, material handling, or robotics projects.
- Experience managing projects valued over $10M.
- Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, structural, and controls systems.
- Expertise in project portfolio management and installation operations.
- Proven strategic planning and financial management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong proficiency in project collaboration tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30–50%.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Project Management, Estimating, and Installation organizations.
- Oversee delivery of complex automation, robotics, ASRS, and warehouse systems projects.
- Establish and optimize project governance, KPI reporting, and risk management frameworks.
- Drive project profitability through improved estimation and margin management.
- Manage field installation and commissioning activities to ensure safety and quality.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align execution.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams and develop succession plans.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and performance.
