Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, corporate development, or program leadership.
- Top-tier MBA or Engineering Degree.
- Prior experience at a top-three management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG).
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep strategic, analytical, and financial acumen.
- Strong executive presence, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in or advising robotics, automation, or complex hardware-software systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic programs that enable Agility’s humanoid leadership.
- Lead strategic identification and evaluation of potential M&A and partnership opportunities.
- Drive due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning.
- Lead CBO-sponsored initiatives for organic and inorganic growth.
- Engage with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure strategic alignment and initiative success.
- Establish operating cadences, program reviews, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Partner with Product organization to support strategy development for key verticals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure organizational alignment against OKRs.
