Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, project portfolios, or technical operations.
- Proven experience in large-scale project execution within automation, material handling, or industrial environments.
- Expertise in project portfolio management, installation operations, estimating, and risk management.
- Technical knowledge across mechanical, structural, electrical, and controls systems.
- Experience with robotics, ASRS, software integration, and conveyor systems.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and financial performance.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and resource management tools.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 30–50%.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Project Management, Estimating, and Installation functions.
- Define strategic direction, operational standards, and governance processes.
- Ensure successful delivery of automation, robotics, conveyor, ASRS, and warehouse systems projects.
- Drive project governance, KPI tracking, risk mitigation, and change order management.
- Oversee installation and field operations for safety, quality, and subcontractor performance.
- Develop accurate labor models, project costing, and execution budgets.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Build and develop high-performing leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
- Support strategic growth objectives.
