Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in engineering, project portfolios, or technical operations.
  • Proven experience in large-scale project execution within automation, material handling, or industrial environments.
  • Expertise in project portfolio management, installation operations, estimating, and risk management.
  • Technical knowledge across mechanical, structural, electrical, and controls systems.
  • Experience with robotics, ASRS, software integration, and conveyor systems.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and financial performance.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and resource management tools.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 30–50%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the Project Management, Estimating, and Installation functions.
  • Define strategic direction, operational standards, and governance processes.
  • Ensure successful delivery of automation, robotics, conveyor, ASRS, and warehouse systems projects.
  • Drive project governance, KPI tracking, risk mitigation, and change order management.
  • Oversee installation and field operations for safety, quality, and subcontractor performance.
  • Develop accurate labor models, project costing, and execution budgets.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Build and develop high-performing leadership teams.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards.
  • Support strategic growth objectives.
