Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or related leadership roles
- Proven success building and scaling business lines, products, or consulting services in banking, fintech, or credit union environments
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks
- Expertise in underwriting strategies and fraud mitigation best practices
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in digital engagement authentication, identity verification, and risk control implementation
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and launch of a new fraud prevention and risk mitigation business line
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with financial institutions, technology vendors, and external stakeholders
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team
- Serve as a trusted advisor in fraud prevention, identity verification, and risk management
- Drive the implementation of advanced technologies, including AI-driven analytics and digital authentication tools
- Ensure all programs and services remain compliant with regulatory standards
- Develop customer-focused initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce fraud-related losses
