Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, application engineering, or sales leadership within an industrial products environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex industrial OEM accounts.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Solid understanding of industrial markets, customer value propositions, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, highly driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on pipeline growth, opportunity development, and revenue expansion.
- Define and execute sales strategies and annual business plans to achieve sustainable and profitable market share growth.
- Drive acquisition of new customers while strengthening relationships with existing industrial OEM accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute multi-year strategic growth roadmaps.
- Monitor performance against sales plans, ensuring alignment with revenue, profitability, and market expansion goals.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and market trends to influence product development and innovation strategies.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of commercial and operational initiatives.
- Represent the sales organization in strategic discussions with key internal and external stakeholders.
