  • 3+ years of people management experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • Experience managing enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to coach reps on pipeline generation, discovery and deal execution
  • Strong operational rigor with experience in forecasting and pipeline management
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong executive presence
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the East region
  • Own regional revenue performance across net new business and expansion
  • Drive pipeline generation by partnering with your team on outbound strategy
  • Inspect and support complex enterprise deals
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Represent CreatorIQ in the market and with key customers
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success and RevOps
  • Support and participate in regional events
