- 3+ years of people management experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to coach reps on pipeline generation, discovery and deal execution
- Strong operational rigor with experience in forecasting and pipeline management
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong executive presence
- Bachelor’s degree
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the East region
- Own regional revenue performance across net new business and expansion
- Drive pipeline generation by partnering with your team on outbound strategy
- Inspect and support complex enterprise deals
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Represent CreatorIQ in the market and with key customers
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success and RevOps
- Support and participate in regional events
