Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience managing distributed or remote sales teams.
- Proven success leading teams of 5 or more sales professionals.
- Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a player-coach in complex sales cycles.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success.
- Familiarity with both transactional and solution-based sales approaches.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 25–30%.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and sales support professionals.
- Operate as a player-coach by directly participating in customer meetings, strategic negotiations, and high-value sales opportunities.
- Drive sales performance through ongoing mentorship and performance management.
- Manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, KPI tracking, and territory execution.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success to improve sales effectiveness.
- Build relationships with customers, instructors, and channel partners.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and trade shows.
