Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management, project management, process optimization, or business transformation roles.
- Proven experience working within cross-functional change management or transformation programs in international environments.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, customer support processes, and business process management methodologies.
- Experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and supporting enterprise system implementations or upgrades.
- Solid knowledge of ERP and enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills with a structured and process-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience coordinating teams without direct reporting authority.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
- Experience with process governance, KPI frameworks, or system testing activities such as UAT is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Define, standardize, and optimize sales-related business processes, tools, KPIs, and operational practices across multiple European markets.
- Lead process improvement initiatives within a large-scale business transformation and platform implementation program.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements for sales operations while acting as the primary process owner for the designated functional area.
- Collaborate with IT delivery teams to prioritize system requirements, align operational needs, and support platform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain process maps, documentation standards, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency across countries and business units.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for both centralized system releases and country-level implementation projects.
- Identify operational risks, process gaps, and resource constraints while escalating critical issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
- Partner with finance and operational teams to improve data transparency, KPI reporting, analytics, and process efficiency.
- Coordinate and lead a network of country-level process owners to encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adoption of best practices.
- Support change management initiatives and assist local teams in transitioning to standardized processes and systems across the organization.
