Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C client success, account management, or related leadership roles.
- 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams responsible for enterprise-level portfolios.
- Proven success managing and growing large enterprise portfolios.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and optimize high-performing client success operations.
- Deep understanding of revenue expansion strategies and customer lifecycle optimization.
- Strong operational and analytical skills.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, credit, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Comfort leveraging AI tools and technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Enterprise Client Success Managers.
- Define and operationalize enterprise client success strategies, including segmentation models and engagement frameworks.
- Oversee the health, retention, and expansion of strategic enterprise relationships.
- Build trusted executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-sell, upsell, and portfolio expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Deployment teams.
- Implement scalable operational processes, reporting systems, and forecasting models.
- Monitor fintech industry trends and regulatory developments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and AI-driven efficiency.
