Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C client success, account management, or related leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams responsible for enterprise-level portfolios.
  • Proven success managing and growing large enterprise portfolios.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and optimize high-performing client success operations.
  • Deep understanding of revenue expansion strategies and customer lifecycle optimization.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, credit, or related industries is strongly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Enterprise Client Success Managers.
  • Define and operationalize enterprise client success strategies, including segmentation models and engagement frameworks.
  • Oversee the health, retention, and expansion of strategic enterprise relationships.
  • Build trusted executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-sell, upsell, and portfolio expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Deployment teams.
  • Implement scalable operational processes, reporting systems, and forecasting models.
  • Monitor fintech industry trends and regulatory developments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and AI-driven efficiency.
