Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in major account sales focused on contact center solutions
  • Proven ability to lead and close complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience managing and growing relationships within large enterprise accounts
  • Strong consultative, value-based, and solution-selling skills
  • Experience delivering sales training, product demonstrations, and customer-facing presentations
  • Proficiency using CRM platforms and pipeline management tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong forecasting, territory planning, and strategic account management skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and conduct in-depth customer needs assessments
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Partner with sales Account Executives to expand existing customer relationships
  • Deliver compelling presentations and quarterly business reviews
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-selling methodologies
  • Manage large, complex enterprise sales campaigns
  • Build and execute co-sell strategies
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide forecasts
  • Support sales enablement efforts
