Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in major account sales focused on contact center solutions
- Proven ability to lead and close complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience managing and growing relationships within large enterprise accounts
- Strong consultative, value-based, and solution-selling skills
- Experience delivering sales training, product demonstrations, and customer-facing presentations
- Proficiency using CRM platforms and pipeline management tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong forecasting, territory planning, and strategic account management skills
- Ability and willingness to travel as required
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and conduct in-depth customer needs assessments
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Partner with sales Account Executives to expand existing customer relationships
- Deliver compelling presentations and quarterly business reviews
- Utilize solution-selling and value-selling methodologies
- Manage large, complex enterprise sales campaigns
- Build and execute co-sell strategies
- Collaborate with leadership to provide forecasts
- Support sales enablement efforts
