Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years leading a 0-to-1 product initiative
- Experience shipping LLM-powered or AI-native features
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and evaluation loops
- Expertise in growth metrics, retention, and conversion
- Understanding of agentic UX principles
- Ability to produce clear product specifications
- Quantitative mindset with SQL proficiency
- Native or near-native English communication skills
- Daily active use of AI productivity tools like Cursor or Claude Code
Responsibilities
- Own the Hosto Agent product roadmap end-to-end
- Design and optimize conversational AI experiences
- Lead onboarding and activation experiences
- Define and refine autonomy frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering to deliver weekly iterations
- Translate ideas into implementation-ready specifications
- Conduct customer interviews and behavioral research
- Monitor and optimize product performance metrics
