Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-focused role.
- Experience in automotive, medical devices, logistics, or similar regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Proficiency with APQP tools: FMEA, control plans, and process mapping.
- Ability to develop training programs and support workforce readiness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% across North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end quality activities for new site and product launches.
- Act as the primary quality representative during launch phases.
- Collect and analyze data to support problem-solving and reporting.
- Lead quality engineering functions including shop floor support and containment.
- Develop and maintain APQP and PFEP documentation.
- Drive on-site readiness activities.
- Design and implement training materials and maintain scorecards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardize quality metrics.
