Requirements
- Graduate degree.
- 8+ years of experience in operations management or leadership in technical support.
- Strong experience with Microsoft M365 technical support processes.
- Proven leadership skills in managing and developing teams.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong process orientation in building and standardizing workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.
- Innovative and transformation-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in a Concierge line of business (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies and policies.
- Lead and manage technical support operations within the Microsoft M365 environment.
- Establish and enforce standardized processes and operational frameworks.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as NSAT scores and productivity metrics.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to team members.
- Drive onboarding and induction of new joiners.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and operational challenges.
- Lead continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Oversee critical operational changes.
