- Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with PowerBI or equivalent analytics platforms.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools or automation.
Responsibilities
- Execute integrated field marketing programs designed to generate qualified pipeline.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align on regional priorities.
- Deliver and localize global campaigns for North American audiences.
- Plan and manage field events and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Oversee field marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization.
- Collaborate with channel and partner marketing teams.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and conversion metrics.
- Manage and develop team members.
