  • Experience with attribution and analytics tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and pixel tracking
  • Experience with structured testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Manage and optimize paid media budget to achieve subscriber growth and CPA targets
  • Develop performance narratives and present weekly and monthly insights
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop, test, and scale ad creatives
  • Analyze campaign performance using attribution tools
  • Monitor trends in paid social for experimentation strategies
  • Support data-driven decision-making through structured testing
