Requirements

- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and TikTok or Pinterest
- Understanding of CAC, LTV, and churn metrics
- Experience with attribution and analytics tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and pixel tracking
- Experience with structured testing methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Own and manage paid social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Manage and optimize paid media budget to achieve subscriber growth and CPA targets
- Develop performance narratives and present weekly and monthly insights
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop, test, and scale ad creatives
- Analyze campaign performance using attribution tools
- Monitor trends in paid social for experimentation strategies
- Support data-driven decision-making through structured testing
