Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a related marketing role
- Demonstrated impact in campaign and event execution
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in marketing reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting North American audiences
- Plan and manage logistics for regional events including trade shows and webinars
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to ensure lead routing and pipeline tracking
- Coordinate with Brand and Content teams to localize global assets
- Support marketing automation and CRM processes including data hygiene
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide post-campaign analysis
- Maintain marketing calendars and campaign documentation
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for regional leadership
