Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a related marketing role
  • Demonstrated impact in campaign and event execution
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience in marketing reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting North American audiences
  • Plan and manage logistics for regional events including trade shows and webinars
  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to ensure lead routing and pipeline tracking
  • Coordinate with Brand and Content teams to localize global assets
  • Support marketing automation and CRM processes including data hygiene
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide post-campaign analysis
  • Maintain marketing calendars and campaign documentation
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports for regional leadership
