Requirements
- Experience working within regulated iGaming or betting environments
- Understand Canadian gambling regulations, particularly Ontario requirements
- Experience reviewing gambling marketing and promotions from a compliance perspective
- Understand responsible gambling and player protection principles
- Exposure to AML and financial crime compliance processes
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem solving
- Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret Canadian gambling regulations, including AGCO and iGaming Ontario requirements
- Review and approve marketing campaigns, promotions, and player communications
- Support responsible gambling and player protection initiatives
- Assist with AML and financial crime compliance processes
- Review product features and player journeys for regulatory impact
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, and reporting obligations
- Maintain compliance documentation, controls, and governance tracking
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering teams to embed compliance by design
- Identify and mitigate regulatory risks across operational processes
- Provide pragmatic compliance guidance to stakeholders across the business
