- Experience
- 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience
Requirements
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine.
- Active medical license (multi-state licensure preferred).
- 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience (urgent care, ER, primary care, or strong generalist).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fully virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based modality.
- Genuine interest in acute, primary, and longevity care.
- Ability to work weekends + up to 2 evening shifts per month.
- Ability to commit at least 10+ hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Practice exceptional, AI-paired medicine via messaging.
- Diagnose, treat, triage, and follow up with patients across acute, primary, and longevity care.
- Utilize AI tools to assist in history preparation, differential diagnosis, and message drafting.
- Maintain high standards for clinical reasoning and safety in every encounter.
- Maintain a generalist approach to patient care.
- Collaborate with CMO and VP of Care Delivery on clinical guidelines and peer review.
- Mentor newer clinicians.
- Provide input to refine clinical tools and workflows.
