- Graduate of an accredited university program.
- 5+ years of residency and fellowship experience.
- Active state medical licensure in the jurisdiction of practice.
- Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
- Certificate of special qualification in cardiovascular disease.
- Board Certified by the American Board of Nuclear Medicine.
- Certificate of special qualification in echocardiography.
- Completion of required TB screening.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual diagnosis and management of suspected or known heart diseases.
- Manage complex cardiac conditions including heart attacks, arrhythmias, and congestive heart failure.
- Engage in outpatient medicine and continuity of care for elderly patients.
- Perform preventative care techniques and disease management.
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and consultations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting.
- Participate in clinical care team collaborations.
- Screen patients as part of the organizational TB screening program.
