Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to gather and document complex business requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in an agile or agile-adjacent environment.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working in a Microsoft Teams-based environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Own the intake and discovery process for internal data initiatives.
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear, dev-ready documentation including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to a groomed and prioritized requirements backlog.
- Serve as the ongoing point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements for analytics, BI, and reporting solutions.
- Support stakeholder validation of early builds and prototypes.
- Identify gaps, conflicts, or risks in requirements early.
- Participate in agile ceremonies.
