Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or 3 years in a Business Analyst capacity.
- Deep technical knowledge of enterprise SaaS products.
- Ability to investigate, replicate, and resolve complex system issues.
- Demonstrated success in analyzing current practices and designing modifications for system optimization.
- Strong technical reporting skills and ability to synthesize complex data sets.
- Professional experience developing integrated business analyses and projections.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Support teams.
- Master's Degree in a relevant field (Highly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise-level support and service activities for designated clients.
- Coordinate service incident resolution and manage technical issue escalations.
- Generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets using system tools, databases, and warehouse queries.
- Program and maintain report forms, information dashboards, and data generators.
- Document operational objectives, business functions, and gather information for process improvement.
- Construct workflow charts, diagrams, and write detailed technical specifications.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Develop integrated business analyses and projections to inform strategic decision-making.
- Recommend and implement controls and process modifications.
