- Strong technical ability to build, prototype, and deploy code.
- Strong communication skills for conducting internal build sessions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and automate manual workflows in recruiting, talent, finance, marketing, sales, and legal.
- Ship AI agents and apps that replace manual tasks.
- Conduct evals to prove automation efficacy and ensure accuracy.
- Run the entire development loop: spec, prototype, test, deploy, and observe.
- Build lightweight internal tools and applications for operational departments.
- Conduct build-session workshops with internal teams (e.g., Sales).
- Ship internal observability dashboards to monitor agent drift and performance.
