Requirements
- 7-10+ years of professional writing experience
- Deep, fluent knowledge of mobile networks and cloud communications
- Understanding of 5G, network-as-a-service, cloud-native architecture, CPaaS, and network APIs
- Proven understanding of the operator/CSP landscape
- Ability to conduct independent research and develop original points of view
- Strong analytical instincts and experience performing competitor content analysis
- Experience writing for C-Suite audiences
- Experience working directly with or interviewing senior executives and subject matter experts
- Ability to tailor content for both enterprise and operator/CSP audiences
- Exceptional editorial judgment
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, matrixed B2B technology environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating long-form writing on complex, high-stakes topics
Responsibilities
- Own the development of high-impact, long-form thought leadership content across formats including white papers, research reports, executive bylines, contributed articles, deep-dive guides, and point-of-view essays
- Independently conduct research to surface cutting-edge topics, emerging trends, and market shifts
- Keep a pulse on competitor and market trends to identify content whitespace
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of mobile network evolution and translate that into content for senior decision-makers
- Write for distinct audiences, particularly C-Suite enterprise readers and senior operator/CSP stakeholders
- Partner closely across Marketing and subject matter experts
- Pursue original angles, conduct interviews, and build arguments grounded in evidence
- Contribute to overall content strategy
