Requirements
- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience.
- 3+ years in a director-level, VP or senior HR business partner role.
- Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS company preferred.
- Experience in PE and/or VC-backed SaaS companies preferred.
- Demonstrated success building HR infrastructure from the ground up.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, and benefits.
- Strong business acumen and experience working with Finance and Legal.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and develop HR team members.
- Serve as a player-coach across all HR disciplines.
- Partner with Finance to manage HR budgets and headcount.
- Serve as primary escalation point for sensitive employee relations matters.
- Implement scalable performance review processes and manager training.
- Design and execute a recruiting engine for significant headcount growth.
- Own HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and ensure legal compliance.
- Lead total rewards, compensation benchmarking, and equity programs.
